Rental Policy

1. Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm your reservation. All payments must be made prior to delivery.
2. All cancellations must be made at least 2 business days prior to the event booking date.
3. Someone in the household MUST BE NOTIFIED that we will be on property. If we will be there early morning, please advise them to leave a light on for us outside so we can identify the address easily. Also have them take their sprinkler off a timer.
4. Please do not attach balloons to any part of the display. Balloons get hot in the sun and can damage the signs.
5. For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn display. Our signs will not safely support the weight of anyone leaning, sitting, or playing on it.
6. While we encourage you to pose next to the display for photographs, do not pull the signs from the ground.
7. If a display needs to be moved or taken down early, please contact our office at 727-687-8111 and we will make all attempts to pick it up early.
8. Please protect our inventory from any damage that might be caused by lawnmowers, dogs or flying debris from weed-eaters.
9. Missing or damaged lawn display items will be charged to the credit card on file for the appropriate amount. If you know ahead of time you would like to purchase a keepsake, we can make arrangements for you.
10. Message sign boards are part of the rental. They are to be returned in their original condition, with all contents included. Any missing or damaged signs or sign boards will be charged to the credit card on file for the appropriate amount.
11. Missing item fees start at $9 for small signs and $99 for large signs. The price of message sign boards that are missing or damaged are $185. Missing letters for sign boards are $3 per letter.
12. Prices are subject to change without notice. Any price quotes given are not guaranteed until a booking has been paid in full.
13. All personal checks returned by your bank will incur a $30.00 non-sufficient funds fee.

Refund Policy

A full refund will be given when:

1. You cancel your order at least 2 business days prior to the event booking date. You must speak directly to someone at Flock-n-Surprise. Full rental rates will be charged for events cancelled under 2 business days prior to the event. No exceptions.
2. Inclement weather prohibits us from setting up the display.

Refunds will NOT be given when:

1. We are given the incorrect address.
2. The homeowner stops us from setting up the display.
3. The homeowner requests the display be taken down.
4. A gated community will not allow us access to set up display. If the recipient lives in a gated community, it is up to you to make arrangements for us to be allowed access to recipient's home.
5. A gated community requires the signs be taken down.
6. There is an animal on the property that prevents us from setting up the display.
7. The recipient is out of town or away on the delivery day and doesn't get to see the display. If you learn that your recipient will not be home on the scheduled delivery date, we will gladly reschedule or cancel the order, but we need at least 48 hours notice for either.
8. There are circumstances that prevent us from setting up that are out of our control.
