Q. Do I have to setup and take down the display myself?
A. No. We provide full service deliveries. It is our responsibility to set up and take down the displays. We actually ask that you do not remove or move the displays at all as they can easily be damaged if not properly cared for.

Q. What time are deliveries made?
A. Displays are typically delivered between 4:00am and 6:00am so the “recipient” can wake-up to a big surprise. If you would like to request a different time, please let us know and we will try to meet your request.

Q. What happens if a display or part of a display is damaged or stolen while displayed in the recipients yard?
A. Liability falls on the person(s) who rented the display. If a display is damaged or stolen, we require that the full dollar amount be paid to Flock-n-Surprise, Inc. in order to replace the display.

Q. What time are the displays picked up?
A. Displays are usually picked up on the same day before 10 pm; however, depending on my schedule, it may be picked up later. This will be discussed when you place your reservation.

Q. Where do you deliver?
A. We deliver almost anywhere in Pinellas County. We also deliver to parts of Pasco and Hillsborough counties. Refer to Pricing for details. We can also refer you to other businesses who operate in your area.

Q. Do you have lawn letters?
A. Yes, we have large letters that spell out the words "Congrats" "Happy Birthday" and "Happy Anniversary." We can add these letters to your lawn greeting display for an additional charge. Refer to Pricing for details.

Q. May we keep one of the smaller signs as a souvenir?
A. No, all signs are rented for a specific period of time and are the sole property of Flock-n-Surprise, Inc. Please do not attempt to remove any of the signs as they can easily be damaged if not properly cared for.

Q. Do you have stork signs to announce births?
A. Yes, we do. A yard stork sign is a wonderful way to announce the birth of a new baby. Our 5 foot stork sign (stork is wearing green) comes with 25 baby bottles flanking the yard. Refer to Critters for details.

Q. How far in advance should I order the lawn decoration display?
A. The earlier you reserve a display the better chance you will have in getting the display you want. We prefer at least 3 day notice, but we can perform same day service based on schedule and availability.

Q. Do you deliver in inclement weather?
A. We will do our best to deliver in any situation; however, there may be times when we feel the weather conditions are too hazardous to us and/or our displays. In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather, a full refund will be issued.

Q. What do you consider to be inclement weather?
A. Inclement weather includes lightning, thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rain, high wind and any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn display in harm's way.

Q. How do I place an order?
A. You can fill out the order form online or you may call 727-687-8111. If you place an internet order, the order will be confirmed by phone only. Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm your reservation.

Q. How do I make a payment?
A. All payments must be made prior to delivery. We accept credit cards via Paypal. If you would like to pay by check or money order, we require 7 days advance payment for funds to clear.

Q. What is your refund policy?
A. We will refund full amount if:
- we are notified at least 24 hours in advance of a cancellation.
- we are unable to deliver due to severe weather
We will not provide refunds if:
- we were given the wrong house number and / or street
- the homeowner requests that we remove the display
- the homeowner stops us from setting up the display
- a gated community will not allow us access to set up a display
- a gated community requires that the display be taken down
- the recipient is out of town or away on the delivery day and doesn't get to see the display
- there is an animal on the premises that prohibits us from setting up the display
- there are other circumstances that prevent us from setting up that are out of our control
