Q. Do you set up and take down the displays?
A. Yes, we provide full service deliveries. We take care of set up, take down and pick up. You don't have to do a thing except pick up the phone to place your order.

Q. What time are deliveries made?
A. Deliveries can be made during the day before the recipient arrives home from work or between 4:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. before the recipient awakes.

Q. Does someone have to be home when the display is set up?
A. No. We can set up early morning or during the day
without someone being home.

Q. What time are the displays picked up?
A. Displays are usually picked up on the same day before 10 p.m. For an additional fee, arrangements can be made in advance to have the display in the yard longer, depending upon availability.

Q. Where do you deliver?
A. We deliver almost anywhere in Pinellas County and to parts of Pasco and Hillsborough Counties. Refer to Pricing for details. We can also refer you to other businesses who operate in your area.

Q. How are the signs set up?
A. Our large signs are installed with rods or posts in the ground and our smaller signs are inserted using small stakes. Our flamingos are inserted into the ground using
flamingo rods.

Q. What are your signs made of?
A. Our signs are made of corrugated plastic, which is widely used in the sign industry.

Q. Do you have lawn letters?
A. Yes, we have large letters that spell out the words "Congrats" "Happy Birthday" and "Happy Anniversary." We can add these letters to your lawn greeting display for an additional charge. Refer to Pricing for details.

Q. Can I mix and match signs?
A. Yes, you may mix and match the 25 props based upon
availability.

Q. May we keep one of the smaller signs as a souvenir?
A. No, all signs are rented for a specific period of time and are the sole property of Flock-n-Surprise, Inc. Please do not attempt to remove any of the signs.

Q. May we purchase a keepsake item?
A. Yes, you may. We want the recipient to remember this display of affection forever. This keepsake must be purchased prior to set up of the display.

Q. Do you have stork signs to announce births?
A. Yes, we do. A yard stork is a wonderful way to announce the birth of a new baby. Our 5 foot stork sign (stork is wearing green) comes with 25 baby bottles flanking the yard. For an additional $5, we provide a special keepsake star with your baby's name, DOB, weight and height on it. It is yours to keep after we pick up the signs. Refer to Critters for details.

Q. How far in advance should I order the lawn decoration display?
A. 1-2 weeks is best to make sure you get the display you want, but we can perform same day service based on availability.

Q. Do you deliver in bad weather?
A. We do deliver in rain. If inclement weather prevents us from delivering, we can either reschedule or refund your money. Inclement weather includes lightning, thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rain, high wind and any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn display in harm's way.

Q. How do I place an order?
A. You can fill out the order form online, but the order will be confirmed by phone only. Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm your reservation. All payments must be made prior to delivery.

A. We accept credit cards via Paypal, and we accept cash. Checks are accepted
only if paid 2 weeks prior to delivery. Refer to
